• I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge that I have received the above-mentioned asset/device from System Security Solutions Company.
• أقرّ أنا الموقّع أدناه بأنني استلمت الأصل/الجهاز المذكور أعلاه من شركة منظومة الحلول الأمنية.
• I undertake to maintain and take proper care of it, and to submit it for periodic maintenance whenever required.
• أتعهد بالمحافظة عليه والعناية به بالشكل المناسب، وتقديمه للصيانة الدورية متى ما لزم الأمر.
• I undertake not to hand it over, lend it, or allow any third party to use it without obtaining prior written approval from the Company.
• أتعهد بعدم تسليمه أو إعارته أو تمكين أي طرف ثالث من استخدامه دون الحصول على موافقة خطية مسبقة من الشركة.
• I undertake that, in the event the device is not returned in good condition, I fully authorize the Company to deduct the remaining value from my entitlements.
• أتعهد بأنه في حال عدم إعادة الجهاز بحالة جيدة، فإنني أفوّض الشركة تفويضًا كاملاً بخصم القيمة المتبقية من مستحقاتي.
